This session can help you tackle the tricky and deeply personal issue of having a fear of touch so you can enjoy physical intimacy in a healthy relationship. This type of fear is typically caused by events or experiences in the past. Like many phobias, it may be irrational and illogical in the context of your life now and you may not have any conscious awareness of its cause.
With the correct guidance, you can use self hypnosis to safely deconstruct the fear, desensitise you to the cause and dissociate from it so you can leave it in the past and focus on enjoying your partner's touch in the present and future.
