Throughout our lives, we are constantly trying to work on knowing ourselves. We are works in progress, learning new and different things about who we think we are and what we want from life. It can sometimes be difficult to communicate that knowledge to ourselves, never mind help the one we love understand our thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
This session will help you to observe your own patterns of behaviour and how they affect your relationship so you can gain insights to make improvements in your life together. This can be achieved through a greater understanding of your own motivation so you can communicate more effectively to resolve conflict and create a closer emotional bond.
